Warehouse operators provide a fantastic service at a fair price.  But, the "co-op" nature of a 3PL leaves a gap in service, a dedicated account rep to handle all communication and projects/issues.  Operators would be thrilled to provide a dedicated rep, but often that is not a financial reality.
